• Consultation appointment: an appointment is scheduled after the consultation fee is paid
• Consultation: A 60 minute consultation is scheduled with the creative designer and design team. During the consultation, all design ideas and questions are discussed. Fashion advice is given to clients, this enables a seamless process.
• Quotation /price list shared: our price list is shared during or after the consultation.
• Agreement and deposit: 
• Design development: once the deposit is received, the designer begins detailed planning and pattern
• making your outfit. All production requirements are set in place, this includes procurement of fabric,and all accessories needed to complete the outfit.
• Production: production of outfit begins and the artisan starts work on the dress.
• Fitting: fittings are compulsory to ensure the perfect fit of your dress. Fitting can be as much as 3 times till the end of production. In a situation where a client is not available for fitting, a model is contracted in the client's measurement to fit the dress. Note that the client will cover the model fee.
• Completion and delivery: the completed garment is reviewed with the client to ensure satisfaction. And the dress is either shipped to the client or picked up.
